Sales & Warranty Information
Terms of Sale - All orders are shipped Pre-paid by Company Check or Company Credit Card. Sorry, no C.O.D.s
Prices - All prices are subject to change without notice.
Minimum Order - There is a $50.00 minimum order.
Freight - All freight charges are payable by the customer. Freight allowances are approved with minimum purchases.
Claims - Claims for damage or loss in transit by UPS and other freight carriers must be made by you, the consignee and directly with the freight carrier. Refusing shipments to avoid damage claims will result in additional handling fees and may suspend your account.
Returns - All sales are considered final. An RGA can be obtained by accounts (in good standing) with a written request to Goodeye Concepts. Any and all returns are subject to inspection before any credit can be issued. All approved returns are subject to 20% restocking fee and or 20% re-boxing fee.
Warranty - All Goodeye Products have a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase required. Limited warranted does not include rust, accident, improper installation or any other misuse or abuse. Warranty does not cover installation, labor to install or removal, shipping or any other costs from the customer. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only at the discretion of Goodeye Concepts.
Finish Care Guideline - We recommend a mild soap and regular cleaning at regular intervals.
Disclaimer - We suggest all products be fit checked prior to any custom painting or fabrication. Warranty is void for any product that has been modified from its original form.
